Thursday 22 September 2022
Auditorium Stravinski, Montreux

Manuel Huber, conductor

Gallus / Mozart / Schubert / Strauss

Their crystalline voices have toured the world: the Wiener Sängerknaben is the most famous boys’ choir on the international stage, as well as one of the oldest choirs in the world, dating back to the Middle Ages! Detached from the imperial court for over a century, this choir, supported by the Palais Coburg, continues to make history with a repertoire that spans the ages and where Austrian composers and folk songs take centre stage.

Works from several centuries: Gallus, Mozart, Schubert, Austrian folk songs, music of the Strauss dynasty.
