Tickets are not taken back, exchanged or refunded even in the event of loss or theft.

They must be presented on request and are not valid without the control counterfoil.

Any resale of tickets at a price higher than the one printed on the ticket is prohibited.

The buyer is solely responsible for his ticket. He assumes full responsibility in case of theft, loss or fraud. Each ticket is unique: the bar code it contains will be scanned at the entrance and will only allow admission of one person. Thus, only the first person to present the ticket will be admitted to the performance. For this reason, it is forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or forge the ticket in any way.

7. Admission to the concert halls

Each ticket entitles the holder to only one seat and is only valid for the concert indicated.

Out of respect for the public and the artists, once the concert has started, access will only be permitted to the available seats and at the appropriate time, upon indication by the festival staff.

Numbered seating is no longer guaranteed after the concert start time indicated on the ticket.
To be valid, tickets must not be detached from their control stump.

Electronic tickets must have a barcode of the original size, legible and unsoiled. This bar-coded ticket is unique. Its validity will be checked before entering the concert hall. The ticket is valid only once: photocopies, imitations and forgeries will not be accepted.

It is strictly forbidden to photograph, film or record the concerts. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty up to and including confiscation of the material and immediate expulsion from the Festival grounds.
